Terry Carr
Team Leader & Sales Representative
As a life-long Resident of Haliburton Highlands, I never tire of the beauty and lifestyle that The Highlands provides. This love of the area, combined with a love for real estate, makes my job easy – helping Buyers and Sellers with their personal goals.
Real Estate is my full-time career and my philosophy is simple – the best possible customer service that can possibly be provided. I achieve this in several ways – ongoing education to ensure I am up on the latest trends, information, services, and legal aspects of the business; excellent communication and availability for and with my clients; and a strong networking system that put Buyers, Experts, and Agents provincially, nationally, and internationally at my fingertips.
On a personal note: My “other” passion is photography and wildlife (good thing I live in the perfect location for this!), and I cannot get enough of the Outdoors. Another interest is following and participating in The Children’s Miracle Network, which raises funds for children’s hospitals, medical research and community awareness of children’s health issues. . A portion of every commission earned is automatically donated to The Network.

Drew Staniforth
Sales Representative
Drew’s background was originally in reception and personal assisting to help real estate professionals and their clients, before launching her own real estate career. This preparation ignited her passion for real estate, and that transfers into making genuine connections with clients to create a 5-star experience.
Her family has owned a cottage on beautiful Kennisis Lake in Haliburton County since 1974 and her love for it brought about a permanent move to help others achieve home or cottage ownership in the region.
Drew loves all outdoor activities from summer to winter. When she isn’t selling, you can find her swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, skating, skiing, or lounging reading a good book on the dock to name a few. She has a wealth of knowledge on the County of Haliburton and what it has to offer and she wants to share it with you!
Being someone who is always on the go, real estate allows Drew to combine her go-getter attitude with her love of community, space & design & lake lifestyle for a perfectly fitting & fulfilling career. Reta Currie
Sales Representative
Reta, originally from Hamilton, recently purchased a small farm near Kinmount and joined the Moving the Highlands Team in Spring of 2024. Reta started with the Team as our Client Care Coordinator and Marketing Manager, fell in love with real estate, and pursued her real estate license. With her love of The Highlands, a background in construction and strong skills in communication, social media, and technology, Reta is an exciting and vital addition to theTeam.
